I’m sure Kirk and Stephanie’s friends and family will be talking about their wedding day for years to come! Everything was just perfect. From the beautifully written love letters they wrote for each other to read before walking down the aisle to 1939 Lincoln Zephyr getaway car to the high energy band, Party On The Moon, it was a night most of us will never forget.

We started the day at Simpsonville First Baptist, which fortunately has a large vestibule with huge windows offering some great natural light.
Kirk and Stephanie wrote letters to each other which they read before the wedding…what a great way to set the tone for the day and add to the anticipation of the wedding ceremony!
Often times shots like this have to be posed, but this time it was the real thing! This moment occurred just seconds after Kirk and Stephanie walked up the aisle after their wedding.
Love the groomsmen’s socks! The all had different patterns.
When getting pictures made, it’s always hard to figure out what to do with your hands. Bridesmaids have it easy since they can just hold a bouquet. Why can’t the men hold a bouquet?
Stephanie’s grandfather graciously offered to chauffeur them in his 1939 Lincoln Zephyr.
We got to the Westin Poinsett hotel just in time to get some great photos in front of the fountain.
The sun was setting quickly so we had to grab a few shots with the golden sunlight shining through the fountain in front of the Westin Poinset Hotel before the wedding reception.
Westin Poinsett Wedding Reception in the Poinsett Ballroom
Talk about a high energy band! Party On The Moon played nonstop…not a single break. Band members rotated on and off the stage for wardrobe changes and performed a variety of genres from hip-hop and R&B to Rock’N’Roll and Motown.
I think the word to describe this wedding reception at the Westin Poinsett is “epic.” Everyone in the room was dancing and having the time of their lives. What an awesome way to celebrate Kirk and Stephanie’s new marriage!
Seriously…a bridesmaid wearing a Thriller wolf mask during the reception…it just doesn’t get more awesome than that!
Most likely this was during Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin.” I mean who doesn’t play air guitar during that song?
Krispy Kreme doughnuts as guest favors! What a great idea! Pretty sure everyone had the munchies after that party.
