So this bride was a total bridezilla! Actually she was quite the opposite, but she did walk with her husband into their reception wearing a dinosaur head. Seriously though, both Ryan and Lauren were an absolute pleasure to photograph.(more…)
It was an honor to be chosen to photograph John and Tammy’s wedding this summer! They had their ceremony at the Rock Quarry Garden with a reception following at The Old Cigar Warehouse.
After the Rock Quarry Garden Wedding, the elegant reception began with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. A four-course dinner prepared by Chef Peter Collins (Chef 360) included Alaskan Salmon caught by the bride’s brother. Dinner was served to guests at the long farm-style table on the deck, decorated by Renee Burroughs Design. Liquid Catering provided beverages while live dinner music by Erica Berg’s band created the perfect ambiance.
The cake was created by Holly Bowers; Erica Berg got the guests dancing from her DJ booth while FunnelDelicioius provided late evening snacks. Directed by Jennifer Dennis.
Michael and Virginia are not only fellow Gamecocks (David & Kristina also graduated from USC in Columbia), but Virginia and David share the same High School alma mater (J.L. Mann). We had an absolute blast photographing their wedding at The Old Cigar Warehouse in Greenville, SC. Cocky even made a surprise visit to the reception and challenged a few of the guests to a dance-off. Pretty sure Cocky won, but don’t take my word for it.
Jeron and Rebecca’s wedding at Twigs Tempietto in Greenville, SC showcased some really cool details. From pink monogrammed bridesmaids shirts, to a Groom’s cake that looks like a Yeti cooler with beer on ice (great job Couture Cakes!), we knew this was going to be a fun wedding day!
One of the most important things that must happen in order to get great photos from your wedding is a good relationship with your photographer. Andy and Carrie knew that when they were planning their wedding, and made certain that they put in the extra effort to communicate with us and be very honest about what they wanted from their experience.
Greenville, SC has so many incredible wedding venues right in the heart of downtown. One of our favorites, situated on the Reedy river next to the Main street bridge, is Larkin’s on the River. An intimate courtyard between Larkin’s and The Peace Center is where Jon and Bekah exchanged their vows. They enjoyed amazing food and aview of the Reedy River from the Shirley Roe Cabaret Room on the upper level of Larkin’s. Friends and family danced the night away on this mild April evening. Here are a few of our favorite photos from the day.
We had a lot of fun with Eric and Chancie! A beautiful wedding ceremony at Christ Community Church was followed by great food and dancing (thanks Robert Batson) at Twigs Tempietto. From a “Guitar Hero” groomsmen band to a gorgeous sunset to the bride and groom’s getaway in a Jeepster Commando, this wedding day is one we’ll never forget!
After driving through several miles of beautiful country farmland, there it is, Hidden Acres Wedding and Event Venue. What a beautiful place for a wedding! We were thrilled to be there for Cody and Amber’s wedding in Marion, SC. Here are some of our favorites from their wedding day.
