The Old Cigar Warehouse Wedding Venue was the perfect choice for Logan and Lindsey! We always enjoy photographing weddings at The Old Cigar Warehouse (OCW), but this time, it was extra special.
Lindsey is a leader on the Liquid Catering team, the in-house bar for OCW and has been on the team since before The Old Cigar Warehouse was even opened as a wedding venue. Logan, probably one of the most laid back grooms we’ve seen, was a pleasure to work with. Kristina and I (David) have gotten to know both Logan and Lindsey quite well over the last several years and it was such an honor to be asked to photograph their wedding. Lindsey was even part of the team that helped make our studio grand opening event of Muse 10 Photography (the D&K portrait studio and gallery) such a success over 4 years ago.
Another great part about photographing this wedding was working with some of our favorite wedding professionals. Every detail from the table decorations to the food and beverage to the entertainment and everything in between was well planned and executed flawlessly. There’s a reason these vendors are all top on our list of recommendations!

Given Logan and Lindsey’s affiliation with Liquid Catering bartending company, it was quite fitting that Logan’s boutonniere (designed by Renee Burroughs) was made using a wine bottle cork.
We always try to incorporate the colors, textures, or other elements from the wedding decor when photographing the rings. We don’t often show this, but Jennifer Dennis got a great behind-the-scenes shot of us creating the wedding ring photograph. Fortunately Renee Burroughs didn’t get too mad at us for pulling apart her floral arrangements to make this happen!

Their dog, Gretta, even made an appearance with her photo on the lollypops on each place setting.
Beautiful and delicious cake by Holly’s Cakes…a true cake artist!
